Subscribe to the 'alerts' list:
- log into the email account you wish to have subscribed to future alerts emails
- enter
lists@gnhoa.com in the To: field
- leave the Subject: field blank
- in the body of the email enter
subscribe residents
- click Send
- you will receive a confirmation email
- depending on how your junk email filter is configured, the confirmation email may end up in your Junk E-mail folder
- If you wish to have additional email addresses subscribed to the alerts list, repeat the steps above for each additional email address

Board of Directors greatly respects your privacy, and your information and
email address will only be used for the GNHOA alert system.
Participation is voluntary.
If you have some information you feel should be conveyed to your
fellow homeowners, (such as criminal activity, etc) then just email Alerts@gnhoa.com and your message will be considered for distribution to the alerts system. Note that your email sent to Alerts@gnhoa.com will not automatically be distributed to the community. This alert system should not be used to report neighborhood or covenant compliance issues. As always, you
should contact your filing representatives to handle these types of concerns.
