Thank you for responding to the Gleneagle North Homeowner's Association (GNHOA) request for your contact information. GNHOA is establishing this database to allow us to quickly contact you in the event of an emergency with your property such as a fire or a broken and gushing sprinkler head. We can also use the information to contact you for routine actions such as coordinating pickup of recycling containers if a buyer decides not to continue ongoing recycling. We will also use the database to send out alerts to the association residents when there is activity or an issue that affects our residents. That will eliminate the need to maintain a separate distribution list for those infrequent alerts.
The information we gather will only be available to the GNHOA Board of Directors and will not be released to any outside parties or other residents.
We will also be asking if you would prefer to receive the quarterly newsletters and/or semi-annual assessment and fee invoices by email instead of USPS delivery to your mailbox. Being able to use email to deliver those items will reduce our operating costs and allow us to keep our assessments low.
